"Shantell Strickland-Davis provided a passionate, engaged, and professional production of materials for the faculty MAPs training. Her direction regarding student interview recordings, and subsequent video production are an integral piece of the training, ensuring faculty reflection and engagement with the process. Additionally, throughout the process, as information was gained, modified, and/or expanded, Shantell patiently and expertly integrated said changes into the training materials. Shantell’s ability to transform information into understanding (for faculty) is evident in the on-going production of training materials, and this project would not be the success it is without her presence."
